Payment Methods
ANERIO.GR gives you the possibility to pay for the products you buy in three (3) ways in order to cover all the requirements of its customers. The available payment methods are detailed below:1. Credit Card
If you choose the credit card as a payment method for your products you will be transferred to the secure “Alpha e-Commerce” environment of Alpha Bank where you will enter your card details. You can pay via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners. We note that under no circumstances will your card details come into contact with anerio.gr. When you complete your transaction, Alpha Bank will notify the relevant department of anerio.gr and they will have to accept the transaction.
On purchases using a card or bank deposit, you get an additional 5% discount on the cart (products on sale are excluded).

3. Cash on delivery
You can pay for your order, as long as its total is between €30.00 and €149.99, upon delivery to your place, paying the total amount of your order to the distributor who will deliver the products to you. The additional cost of cash on delivery is €3.
When you choose to carry out your order with a REFUND, our store will call you on the phone you provided in your order to confirm your order and your details for security reasons. If you do not answer, you will receive an SMS or email to contact us. If there is no communication to confirm your details, the order will not be placed and will be cancelled.
To avoid any inconvenience, delay or any other problem, please check before completing your order that your phone number and email are correct.
